Cyclist received CPR after involved in a road accident

A Surrey cyclist was given CPR after struck by SUV. The cyclist was taken to a healthcare facility after hit by a sports utility vehicle in Surrey.

Road accident

The RCMP stated that a Ford Escape was driving near 108th Ave. and 142nd St. when it hit a man on his bicycle after 10 PM. The victim was thrown from his bike and seriously injured. The paramedics at the scene delivered CPR but he later died of his injuries in a healthcare facility.

The Mounties stated that the driver remained at the scene and cooperating with the investigation. Both alcohol and speed are not involved in the collision which severely damaged the front-end of the vehicle.
