Walmart Canada makes face masks mandatory in all stores

Walmart Canada has announced that it is making face masks or coverings mandatory in all stores starting August 12.

In a statement, the company stated that this is applicable in every store, regardless of whether there is a local government mandate in place.

The company states that Health Canada has identified that when worn correctly, a person wearing a face mask or covering can help limit the spread of respiratory droplets.

Customers are asked to bring their own face masks or coverings while they shop.
