According to the witnesses, it was a chaotic scene after the shots rang out. Families were sitting by the water, taking photos and enjoying the sunset and suddenly, several shots were fired from the parking lot. At first, people thought that someone was lighting up firecrackers. People started yelling from the parking lot and vehicles backing into each other to stay away. Everybody laid flat on the ground and waited.

The police are still canvassing for witnesses and appealing for anyone who witnessed the shooting to speak with the investigators.
