There was no masking the enthusiasm for patrons as bars and restaurants were given a go-ahead to open in Toronto and Peel Region.
In the city’s Beach neighborhood, the bars reopen with social distancing enforced. The crowd was sparse, but the atmosphere was refreshing as the bar’s regular denizens enjoyed some pints.
Based on the COVID-19 rules that were implemented by the Province of Ontario, bar and restaurant patrons must wear face masks upon entering, be seated indoors and outdoors, practice physical distancing and establishments should keep a client log for 30 days.
