Masks may soon be mandatory inside all public premises

The medical officer of health of Ottawa is in talks to make non-medical face masks mandatory in public indoor spaces.

The neighboring health units have gotten together and now preparing protocols to have orders in place to institute mandatory masking, particularly where people enter in public places – businesses and so on.
