Man with serious injuries after struck by a vehicle

A man in his late 40s died of his injuries after struck by a vehicle. According to the police, the man was hit by a Hondo Civic on South Parallel Road.

The emergency service workers stated that the man died at the scene. The police stated that the driver of the vehicle reported the accident and remained at the scene where he performed first aid to the victim.

The driver was not injured and cooperating with the investigators.
