A shooting incident occurred in an apartment building parking lot. According to the Hamilton Police, they arrested a Mississauga man for the deadly, targeted shooting that killed the 44-year old Hamilton man.

The police had the 27-year old in handcuffs on the west Mountain and charged him for first-degree murder. Based on the evidence, there was some level of premeditation in this murder.
The police and paramedics arrived within minutes and attempted to perform CPR. The mad died in a healthcare facility about 30 minutes later. The police are still searching for the murder weapon but have custody of both men’s vehicles.
