When someone called out if anyone knows CPR, taking action is the right thing to do. Dylan Duncan was waiting for a bus when he heard a frantic call for help.
It was the voice of Jessica Burman Zinger and the man on the ground was her husband who suffered a heart attack. It was at that point that Duncan decided to help. He called 911 and started CPR. He shared that he was in shock, scared, and tired at the same time due to his emotions.
According to Duncan, from the time he started to help Birman until the arrival of the paramedics, it felt like at least half an hour, but it was closer to 12 minutes only. He went with police to the hospital to make sure Birman would be okay. He met Zinger and gave her his name and left.
