Regina First Aid proudly offers workplace-approved and provincially recognized First Aid and CPR Recertification Courses in Regina, Saskatchewan. These courses are perfect for individuals needing to renew their expiring or recently expired certifications.

As a leader in recertification training, Regina First Aid provides the widest variety of re-certification courses available. Please note that not all first aid and CPR courses offer a recertification option — if the course you’re looking for isn’t listed, it means participants must retake the full course to renew their certification.

Successful candidates will receive a workplace and academically approved certificate, valid for 3 years, except for CPR HCP / BLS recertification, which is valid for 1 year.

Different Types of Workplace-Approved First Aid and CPR Recertification Courses in Regina:

All other first aids and CPR courses are not available for renewal and candidates must re-take the full course to renew their certification.

Prerequisites:

In order to take a recertification course candidates must meet the following criteria:

    Candidates must have taken a full course or a recertification course within the past 3 years.

  • Candidates will have completed a full course or recertification course through an accredited provider such as St Mark James Training, Life Saving Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, and St John’s Ambulance. Certificates obtained from online courses are not eligible for renewal.
  • Candidates must have taken the previous course within Canada. Certificates are not internationally accredited.

If you do not meet the prerequisites you must re-take the full course.

 

Credible Workplace Approved Certification:

Candidates who successfully complete the recertification course will be issued a certificate equivalent to the certificate received by the candidate upon completion of the full course. The certificate meets government and legislative standards for Regina and Saskatchewan. The award is valid for 3 years, however, candidates may be required to renew their certification at an earlier date based on employer or school policy.
