Regina First Aid proudly offers CPR Level A courses — our most basic CPR training. This course focuses on essential CPR techniques for adult rescues and includes training in the use of automated external defibrillators (AED).
Upon successful completion, participants receive a workplace and academically recognized certificate that’s valid for 3 years.
This course follows the latest guidelines set by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). It takes approximately 4 hours to complete and does not include first aid certification.

Candidates in this course will cover the following emergencies:
- CPR for adult and child victims
- Conscious and unconscious obstructed (Choking) for adult and child victims
- Respiratory emergencies including asthma and anaphylaxis.
- Circulatory emergencies (includes heart attacks, angina and strokes).
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
Course Length:
The length of this CPR level A course is anywhere from 3 to 4 hours. Recertification courses are not available for CPR level A.
Course Cost:
The cost of this course is $78.99. This course is also available in half online and half in class (blended) format for $73.99.

Complete the registration form and pre-pay to guarantee yourself a spot in the course. Accepted methods include credit cards and debit cards.
No Pressure:
At Regina First Aid we have a “no pressure” policy where if you do not complete the CPR level “A” and AED course the first time can re-take the course at no extra cost. We understand that people learn at different speeds and in different methods.

Refunds and Transfers:
Refunds are not accepted within 72 hours of the primary course. Transfers are charged 25 dollars within 72 hours of the course. Prior to this time refunds and transfers are free of charge. There are no refunds for rescheduled events.
